Full-Arch Implants

Full-Mouth Reconstruction

Rebuilding your entire mouth with a staged, biology-first approach. Same-day provisional teeth when your case allows it — final restorations placed only after proper healing.

What is full-mouth reconstruction?

Full-mouth reconstruction rebuilds both arches (or a complete single arch) with a coordinated plan that combines implant surgery, bone and tissue work, and final restoration design. Each step respects your biology — no rushed timelines, no one-size-fits-all protocols.

For many patients we can place implants and provide fixed provisional teeth the same day. For others, staging gives safer, more durable outcomes. We'll tell you which path fits your case — and why.

About 20% of patients need staged treatment for optimal results. We never force a 'teeth in a day' when your tissues need time to heal properly. Your own teeth may serve as temporary supports while implants integrate naturally.

What's included

  • Comprehensive 3D imaging and digital treatment planning
  • Surgical implant placement with same-day provisionals when biology allows
  • In-house 3D-printed provisional teeth designed for immediate function
  • Biology-first bone and tissue work — grafts avoided in ~90% of thin-ridge cases
  • Permanent zirconia or titanium restorations designed for daily cleansability
  • Structured maintenance program with regular monitoring
  • Peri-implantitis risk assessment and prevention built into the design

The treatment journey

No mystery. No pressure. A clear path at every step.

01

Consultation & 3D Imaging

Thorough exam with advanced 3D scanning. We assess your bone, tissues, risk factors, and goals together. This is a conversation, not a sales pitch.

02

Personalized Treatment Plan

We explain every option — immediate vs. staged, realistic timelines, costs upfront. You'll understand what's happening, why, and what to expect at each phase.

03

Surgery & Same-Day Provisionals

Extractions, implants, and 3D-printed provisional teeth — often one visit when biology allows. If staging is safer, we tell you upfront.

04

Healing & Monitoring

Implants integrate with bone while you live normally with provisional teeth. Regular check-ins confirm everything is progressing as planned.

05

Final Restorations

Permanent teeth designed for long-term function AND daily cleansability — not just day-one aesthetics.

06

Long-Term Maintenance

Structured maintenance program so your investment lasts decades — not just years.

Common questions

Will I be without teeth at any point?
No. We stage treatments and provide 3D-printed provisional teeth so you always have fixed teeth during healing. The only time you might wear a temporary removable is during specific surgical phases, and we'll discuss this at the consultation.
How long does full-mouth reconstruction take?
Typically 6–12 months end-to-end, depending on case complexity, healing, and final restoration design. Some cases finish faster; complex ones with bone work take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline at your consultation.
How much does it cost?
Cost varies widely based on what you need — single arch vs. both arches, bone work, materials, sedation. Your consultation includes a thorough exam, written plan, and transparent estimate before any treatment begins. We offer financing options.
Does the surgery hurt?
We use modern anesthesia protocols and offer sedation. Post-op discomfort is managed with appropriate medication. Most patients are surprised how manageable recovery is.
Why not All-on-4?
All-on-4 is one technique. We don't lock into a single approach — we plan around your anatomy, risk factors, and goals. About 20% of patients need staged treatment for safer outcomes. We'll give you a fair, biology-first assessment.
