If You've Been Told Nothing More Can Be Done
We see patients other practices couldn't help — and we welcome them without judgment. Here are the situations we work in every day.
Failing Teeth or Dentures
Multiple failing teeth, loose dentures, or advanced decay. You've been putting it off — and that's okay. It's rarely too late.
Failed Implants Elsewhere
Implants that hurt, bleed, or feel wrong. If you've been told they can't be saved, we may have options others don't offer.
"Not Enough Bone"
Told you need extensive grafting before implants? We work in bone expansion and biological techniques that often reduce or eliminate grafting.
Anxious or Overwhelmed
Fear of the dentist, fear of the process, fear of the cost. We start with a conversation and an exam — not a sales pitch. No judgment, ever.
From Anxiety to Action
Feeling overwhelmed by the size of the problem? We break it into small, manageable steps — and focus on what you can control right now. One step at a time, at your pace.
Why Implants Fail — And How We Plan for Success
What is peri-implantitis? It's an infection around a dental implant that causes bone loss — similar to gum disease around natural teeth. It's the #1 reason implants fail, and it's far more common than most patients realize.
Many modern implant restorations were designed for maximum aesthetics but aren't shaped for easy daily cleaning. When bacteria build up in areas you can't reach, infection follows. When other offices say an implant is 'hopeless,' we look deeper — our surgical approach repositions tissue to expose contaminated surfaces for thorough decontamination. Then we redesign the restoration so you can actually clean it, every day.
Prevention is even better than rescue. For high-risk patients, we choose tissue-level implants and design every crown with appropriate shapes for daily cleaning. Research shows tissue-level designs carry roughly 3× lower risk over 9 years compared to bone-level alternatives.
25–40%
of dental implant patients show signs of peri-implant disease within 5 years — often due to prosthetic design, not patient neglect.
3×
higher peri-implantitis risk with bone-level implants vs. tissue-level over 9 years. We choose implant type based on your risk profile.
Thousands
of hygienic crowns designed with emergence profiles and embrasures that patients can actually clean — preventing peri-implantitis before it starts.
We Don't Just Place Implants. We Plan for Your Long-Term Success.
Biology First, Not Speed First
About 20% of patients need staged treatment for optimal results. We don't force 'teeth in a day' when your tissues need time to heal properly. We give you a fair and objective assessment — and use your own teeth as temporary supports while implants integrate.
Implants Designed for Cleaning, Not Just Photos
Peri-implantitis rates are soaring because many restorations look beautiful but can't be cleaned. We've designed thousands of hygienic crowns with appropriate shapes and contours that you can actually maintain every day.
Your Own Bone, Whenever Possible
Bone expansion, orthodontic extrusion, natural socket healing — we use multiple techniques to work with your body's own biology instead of defaulting to large bone grafts. In 90% of thin-ridge cases, we avoid block grafts entirely.
Rescue for 'Hopeless' Implants
If you've been told your failing implants can't be saved, we may disagree. Our surgical tissue repositioning techniques expose contaminated surfaces for thorough cleaning, converting uncleanable pockets into maintainable sites.
In-House Digital Precision
3D scanning, digital treatment planning in ExoCAD, and in-house 3D printing. We control the entire workflow — from diagnosis through provisional fabrication — so nothing is lost in translation.
Solutions Built Around Your Biology
Every treatment plan is individualized to your anatomy, risk factors, and goals — never a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Full-Arch Implants
Full-Mouth Reconstruction
Rebuilding your entire mouth with a staged, biology-first approach. Same-day provisional teeth when your case allows it — final restorations after proper healing.

Peri-Implantitis Rescue
Saving implants others have called hopeless. Surgical tissue repositioning, surface decontamination, and prosthetic redesign for long-term cleansability.

Bone Solutions
Widening thin bone with expansion techniques, two-stage ridge splitting, and allowing sockets to heal naturally — reducing the need for large grafts.

Orthodontic Extrusion
Using your own tooth as a tool to regenerate bone and gum tissue before implant placement. A biological alternative to grafting in the esthetic zone.

Same-Day Provisionals
Extraction, implant placement, and temporary teeth in one visit — made possible by in-house 3D scanning and printing. When your biology allows it.

No mystery. No pressure. A clear path at every step.
01
Consultation & 3D Imaging
A thorough examination with advanced 3D scanning. We assess your bone, tissues, risk factors, and goals. This is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
02
Personalized Treatment Plan
We explain every option — immediate vs. staged, with realistic timelines. You'll understand exactly what's happening, why, and what to expect at each phase.
03
Surgery & Same-Day Provisionals
Extractions, implant placement, and 3D-printed provisional teeth — often in one visit when your biology allows. If staging is safer, we tell you upfront.
04
Healing & Monitoring
Your implants integrate with bone while you live normally with provisional teeth. Regular check-ins ensure everything is progressing as planned.
05
Final Restorations
Once healing is confirmed, your permanent teeth are designed for long-term function AND daily cleansability — not just day-one aesthetics.
06
Long-Term Maintenance
Treatment doesn't end at final delivery. We provide a structured maintenance program so your investment lasts decades, not just years.
Real Outcomes. Years Later — Not Just Day One.
These represent the types of cases we treat. Individual results vary based on health, anatomy, and compliance with maintenance.
"I was told my implants were hopeless and needed to come out. After the tissue repositioning and new crowns, I can actually clean them now. It's been three years — no problems."
Peri-Implantitis Rescue
3 years post-treatment
"They wanted to pull both front teeth and do bone grafts. Instead, the tooth was slowly moved down to build bone, and I only lost one tooth. The implant looks completely natural."
Orthodontic Extrusion + Implant
2 years post-treatment
"I was nervous about getting all my teeth done at once. They staged it — I was never without teeth, and each step healed before the next. It took longer but I trust the result."
Staged Full-Arch Reconstruction
18 months, treatment complete
For Dentists & Specialists
A Surgical & Prosthetic Partner for Your Complex Cases
We welcome referrals from general dentists, periodontists, prosthodontists, and oral surgeons for cases that require advanced implant surgery, peri-implantitis management, or complex prosthetic planning.
Our commitment: your patient stays your patient. We provide detailed consultation reports, communicate throughout treatment, and return patients for ongoing care. This is a partnership, not a takeover.
Cases We Commonly See
- Full-arch reconstruction requiring coordinated surgical + restorative phasing
- Peri-implantitis requiring surgical access and decontamination
- Thin ridges where grafting has been recommended but expansion may work
- Second opinions on failing or "hopeless" implants
- Complex prosthetic planning with digital workflows
- Anterior bone deficiency cases suitable for orthodontic extrusion
Questions We Hear Every Day
We'd rather you ask than wonder.
Will I really have teeth the same day?
Am I too old for implants? Is it too late?
What if I've been told I don't have enough bone?
My implants from another office are hurting/bleeding. Can you help?
How is your approach different from 'All-on-4' clinics?
What does this cost?
How long does the whole process take?
Start With a Consultation. No Obligations. No Pressure.
Many patients tell us the first call was the hardest part. The consultation is a conversation and thorough exam — we listen to your story, look at your situation carefully, and explain your options in plain language. You decide when and if to proceed.
